Our primary goal:

To ensure that your day is executed perfectly so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your

We begin working with the couple 3 to 4 months prior to the wedding to begin planning the wedding timeline.

We are available by email/text

We offer a set time before the wedding for a walk-through and rehearsal at the venue with the couple and the wedding party

We oversee and communicate with all your vendors prior-to and on the day of the wedding

We manage the timeline of your wedding day: cue timing, help guide your guest, and communicate to photographer, DJ, venue staff, family and friends of special moments.

We problem solve any last minute challenges during the festivities by building in cushion time, buffering time, and always ready with an emergency kit to address any delays.

We help set up final details important to you prior to the event: place cards, table numbers, table or easel with your personal photos, gift table, or placing a special memento for each of your guest at their seat.

We package and deliver any personal items to an identified guest at the end of the night.
